73-77 A-body/77-96 B-body 8.5" 10-bolt posi differential - $400 in Delta, British Columbia for sale

I have a 8.5" corporate 10-bolt 3.08:1 posi differential out of a 1988 Caprice 9C1 (cop car). It had 126,000KM (NOT MILES). It is in very good shape and has the EATON clutch style posi in it, not the crappy non-rebuildable Auburn that GM used from 1989 and onwards. Axles are 28 spline. Has 11" drum (wagon) brake backing plates on it currently, but does not come with drums. Bolt pattern is 5x5. Excellent upgrade to the weak 7.5" 10-bolt that was found in most B-bodies.

This differential is also a DIRECT BOLT IN for any 73-77 A-body. This includes Monte Carlo, Chevelle, Grand Prix, Gran Am, Regal, Century, Cutlass, 442, etc.

Axle width is 61 3/8" (1559mm), This is from axle flange to axle flange (axles pushed in towards pinion) with NO drums on.
Backing plate to backing plate measurement is is 54 3/8". Diff WILL NOT fit a G-body without modification to control arm mounts!

Diff should fit the following B-bodies: 1977 to 1996 Chevrolet Caprice & Impala, Pontiac Parisienne, Buick Roadmaster & LeSabre/Electra, Oldsmobile Delta 88, should also fit D-body/Cadillac, Fleetwood, Deville, etc. WILL NOT FIT ANY B-BODY WAGON!
